In august 1999, Yvon and Anne SZEKELY founded Autremer Concept // Martinique Yacht Charter, a boat rental company for monohuls, trimarans and catamarans, using their background in tourism, as well as their technical expertise yachts and in-depth experience of cruising in the Caribbean.
Le Marin was chosen for its deep well-protected bay which shelters a naturally secure harbour. Marin Yacht Harbour offers a full range of technical services for the refit and maintenance of boats (deck fittings, spare parts, sail making, boatyard etc.).
Since the season 2016/2017, Autremer Concept is now managed by two sons of Yvon and Anne : Edwin and Thibaut
Thibaut is an engineer with a solid work experience as an expatriate in different countries. Edwin is graduated from La Rochelle Business School with a master degree in management.
Autremer Concept is partially operating owner boats but most of the fleet is owned by the company.

CATAMARANS COMFORT RANGE The Fountaine Pajot range was selected for its excellent sailing quality-comfort ratio. The Fountaine Pajot catamarans meet the exacting needs of our customers perfectly. This range of boats has raised the standard of our fleet to one of even higher performance. Our NAUTITECH 442 and NAUTITECH/BAVARIA OPEN 40 go one step higher with great space and watermaker onboard.
In January 2018, Autremer Concept include a nice Lucia 40 from Fountaine-Pajot once again. This catamaran proves to be loved by all the crews with great improvement in comfort from the previous generation of catamarans from this yard without losing any kind of performances.
MULTIHULL PERFORMANCE RANGE
In January 2012 the brand new trimaran NEEL 45 joined the fleet to bring a new concept to sailing. The NEEL 45 “JUST MAKES SENSE” is exactly the multihull needed for a sensational cruise.
In January 2015 Autremer Concept added another NEEL 45 to its fleet to meet the indisputable success of these yachts.
MONOHULL, PERFORMANCE RANGE a SUN ODYSSEY 409 and SUN ODYSSEY 42 DS are ready for those who love prestige sailing. With three double cabins, they offersa high level of comfort and equipment designed for high performance in the tropical environment.
For the operation of the base : Edwin and Thibaut co-ordinates their team, welcomes you and hands over the boat, familiarizes you with the boat and its equipment and gives you tips on how to make your stopovers even more enjoyable.
(When you use the « hotline », it’s one of them who answers your call. For the preparation of your cruise: Edwin and Christiane will answer all your administrative, technical and practical questions, with the assistance of Christiane. For the preparation of your boat: Thibaut will hand over a boat that has been tuned and maintained to the highest standard, using their expertise, care and attention to details.
